Areas of focus
Behind every great performance is an athlete juggling pressure, expectations, and the mental weight of competing. No one does it alone. As a licensed psychologist specializing in sport psychology and the founder of MVP Mindset, I help athletes strengthen their mental game, build emotional resilience, and perform at their highest level. My background in competitive swimming, softball, and dance pushed me into this work and continues to shape how I support athletes today.
I support teen, collegiate, and professional athletes, along with adult competitors and high performers navigating the demands of intense training, competition, and life outside of sport. My work combines a strengths-based approach with cognitive behavioral therapy, Mindfulness Sport Performance Enhancement, and psychoeducation. I focus on developing mental skills, emotional regulation, and a whole-person perspective that supports both performance and overall well-being.
Beyond individual and team work, I speak across the country, have appeared as a sport psychology expert on ESPN, and contribute to podcasts and publications on athlete emotional health and performance. I’m also listed on the National Football League Players Association Clinician Directory, the USOPC Mental Health & Performance Directory, and the National Basketball Players Association Mental Health & Wellness Directory.
An athlete at heart, I stay active through golf, endurance races, and adventure travel- including completing the Spartan Trifecta with races in Malibu, Sacramento, and Las Vegas, climbing Half Dome (twice!), and summiting Mount Kilimanjaro.

More than just my work
I enjoy spending time outside and being active. When not working you can often find me golfing, hiking, and running. If not outside, I’m spending time with family and friends, trying out new recipes, and traveling.
